• Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

• Standard international delivery takes 6–10 days after dispatch.
• Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs clearance or courier delays.
Shipping Fees

Tracking
• All parcels include a tracking number.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
• Any customs fees or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
• BESTX AERO™️ is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection.
Wrong Address
• Ensure your shipping address is correct.
• Parcels returned due to incorrect addresses will require an additional reshipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will replace it at no additional cost.
• If the item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video for a replacement.
