1. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped out immediately after.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is on the way.

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.
You can find your tracking number in your confirmation email.
4. Do you offer returns?
Yes — we offer a smooth 30-day return policy.

5. My drone arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo or video within 48 hours and we’ll replace it immediately.
